Hazeldene Heights Pre School provides a safe, secure and stimulating pre-school environment for children aged from two years old, in which all children including those with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) are supported to reach their full potential. We have experienced, caring, qualified staff who are welcoming to all children and their families. We provide children with a happy environment where they learn through play whilst being supported across all seven areas of development. Our large spacious premises offer children ample personal space to play and explore.
We can offer both part (sessions) or full day care subject to availability and dependant on each individual family’s needs. Our resources support open ended activities both indoors and outdoors and include – Painting, malleable play (play-dough, corn flour etc.), construction, music, role play, small world, story time, song time etc.
If it is felt that a child’s needs cannot be met with current resources, funding will be sought to enable us to provide additional support or a one-one practitioner.
We have good links with outside agencies e.g. Speech and Language Therapy (SALT) team, Child Development Centre (CDC) and local Health Visitors etc.
